Bridge the gap between physical touch and emotional recovery.

I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years and an Integrative Trauma practitioner for 3 years. My interest in trauma release started when i experienced my own emotional release during a Craniosacral session. That was the birth of my passion to help others experience such profound healing and freedom.
I specialize in Integrative Trauma Release - a therapy that treats the body as the gateway to emotional healing. Through trauma informed massage and somatic therapy sessions, I strive to help clients release the physical imprints of stress, calm the nervous system, and reclaim a sense of safety within their own skin. This work helps the body move from a state of constant survival into a state of peace. Nervous system regulation is my ultimate goal. A plethora of great things happen when our nervous system is finally not in fight/flight/freeze/fawn mode.
The body’s healing mechanism isn’t a door you kick down; it’s a flower that opens when the conditions are right. When we use light, intentional touch and “still-point” holding, we are speaking the language of the brain. We are inviting the body to feel safe enough to let go.
“Nurturing” Fibers are specific nerve fibers inside our body called C-tactile afferents. These fibers respond exclusively to slow, gentle holding and are specifically designed to signal safety to the brain. This lowers the brains alarm system and allowas the body to let go.

20-25 minute, no pressure, conversational session designed to explore your needs. Allowing you to ask questions and gain an understanding of what this work is and if my approach is a good fit for your body and nervous system.
A 60 or 90 minute full body therapeutic massage customized to your body’s needs using a blend of different techniques that include deep tissue, myofascial release and relaxation.
A 60 or 90 minute massage using light touch and gentle, sustained pressure to help the body unwind stored tension. Rather than deep pressure, the focus is on stillness, presence, and creating a sense of safety for the nervous system. This subtle approach allows the body to soften naturally, releasing stress at its own pace. The result is a calm, grounded feeling and a quiet sense of relief that lingers beyond the session.
Starting off with a 30 minute 1:1 somatic practice for the purpose of finding tension within the body and where certain emotions may be stored within the muscles. Finishing with a 60 minute massage bringing the knowledge from the somatic session into the massage session for intentional and deep release.
30 minute 1:1 body based healing including breathwork, yoga, meditation and titration that usually last for about minutes. The point of these sessions will help us become more mindful of where tensign and trauma may be stored within the body and bring that information into a massage session for deeper release.

a mindful, slow-paced practice prioritizing internal physical sensations over external form, designed to release chronic tension and calm the nervous system.
a body-centered practice focusing on physical sensations rather than mental thoughts to calm the nervous system, release trauma, and build emotional awareness.
A gentle paced and slow “drop by drop” technique for processing trauma. Processing stress or trauma in tiny, manageable bites to avoid re-traumatizing or nervous system overload while processing and building capacity.
